Our ceramic jewelry are surprisingly lighter that they look!

Most of our earrings are made to be comfortably worn during extended periods of time (pieces of up to 5 gr), and for all other statement models, we use butterfly fastening to ensure it stays in the correct position and the weight is comfortably and evenly distributed. You can see how much each piece weight under the product descriptions.

We work with the most enhanced materials and advanced firing techniques to create the most resistant ceramic pieces.

However, just like any ceramic piece, they can still break if dropped or crushed.

We also understand accidents happen, so we offer a 1 year warranty in form or replacement or store credit for all of our pieces.

Ceramic jewelry is fragile, but with special care, can have a long life!

• When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch that came in their box and separately from other jewelry that may scratch or mark the surface.
• When taking your jewelry on and off, be careful not to drop them, specially over hard floors. Make sure your hands are clean, specially for the unglazed parts that can get dirty easier.
• For cleaning, soak them in warm/hot water with a little bit of dish soap then gently scrub with a toothbrush or nailbrush.
• When traveling, wrap each piece separately in their box, and if possible, carry in your purse. If in a suitcase, wrap to avoid movement and store in a hard case to avoid pressure from clothing or other items.

Yes! We love customizing pieces based on our customers' needs, and once a month we dedicate time for a number of custom orders. We try to accommodate as many requests as we can, but turn around depends on the schedule and cue for each month.

• For sold out models, kindly understand our pieces are handmade in small batches, and we cannot ensure one batch will come out exactly the same as our previous ones.
• Prices vary depending on the model and specific customization. 
• After you place and pay for your custom order, you will have a chance to see a picture of the finalized piece before we ship it.

To make a custom order request, please fill out the form below and our team will reach out with a quote and estimated production and delivery time as soon as we can.

After submitting an order, you should be taken to a page that provides an order confirmation number. Within a few moments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. 

After our team finishes processing and packing your order (please allow 1 business day), you will receive a second email that provides tracking information for your shipment.

If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at support@marttijewelry.com with your order number and the details on the change imediatelly. 

You can track the status of your order at any time on our website by selecting "Track Your Order". Please kindly note our processing time is up to 2 business days. 

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll also receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order.

You will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping date:

• All orders are processed, packed and shipped within 1 business day from the date of purchase.

Shipping destinations:

• We're currently shipping within the US (USPS and UPS) and worldwide (UPS and UDHL).

Standard Shipping Costs & Timeline:

• Orders within the US of less than $150 have a fixed cost of $6 for Standard shipping (3-6 business days) 
• Orders within the US of more than $150 have FREE Standard shipping (3-6 days) 
• Orders outside the US have different costs according to the carriers prices (displayed at checkout) 

Expedite Shipping Costs & Timeline:

• You can select the option for expedite shipping on the checkout page. Prices will be displayed accordingly depending on the location, weight, and selected delivery method. 

All Martti Jewelry shipments require a signature upon delivery. Kindly note that once an order is shipped, we will not change the shipping address upon request. 

Any full-price and unworn Martti Jewelry may be returned for free or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if the item is still in-stock.

If a piece gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery, we offer 100% refund.

To make a return, please email us at support@marttijewelry.com with your order number and if possible, a picture of the damaged piece. 

Each one of our pieces is handcrafted and unique, so the size, color, glazing effects, and shapes may slightly vary. You will not receive the exact piece displayed in our website.

Clay, our main material, has its own expression in the making process, and we celebrate the differences that make each piece truly personal! However, if you're not happy with the piece you received, we will gladly accept unworn, undamaged or defective product for exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

The warranty does not cover lost pieces, scratches that come with normal wear and tear like a broken chain or ceramic piece.

Ceramic jewelry is fragile, and we understand accidents happen. That's why for 1 year from the date of purchase, we can replace it for 60% of the paid price or offer a store credit of the same amount depending on the piece.  

Please send us a picture of the broken piece to support@marttijewelry.com and we will address it on a case-by-case basis.
