RETURNS & EXCHANGES - within 7 days of delivery date

1. Personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. All items marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
3. Returned and exchanged items must be in original packaging, put back on the jewelry card and foam to avoid damages, with no signs of wear.
4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your items.
